Today, kwout started to support Blogger. To post your quotation to Blogger, please select Blogger from the combo box in the "Post" section, and click "Open your Blogger to post this". Enjoy!
In general, since kwout is just a tool, we can't answer that using kwout is copyright compliant or not. It's up to you, and it depends on many factors: usage/context of the quotation, license of the source material, permission of the copyright owner, etc.
You (kwout users) must observe copyright laws and the terms of any licences for a material you quote, and you are responsible for your quotations.
Also, we make every effort to comply with copyright laws. We delete quotations that are obviously illegal or are notified as copyright infringement.
